Range of Motion is a brand focused on providing elevated strength essential for women. It was founded by a wife and husband duo: Justice and Matthew. We are based in California. We currently offer one product, our weighted add-on, and are looking to offer a whole suite of products.
Our first product is a weighted add-on. With it, you can attach very small weighted increments to various fitness equipment (like dumbbells or kettlebells) when you work out. It will provide a very small increase in weight. It will allow you to slowly grow your working set instead of maxing at a lower amount. In other words, instead of being stuck at curling 10lb dumbbells because you can't reach for 15lbs or 20lbs, you can try curling 12.5lbs and gradually increase the weight until you can lift 15lbs.
